Flat Caps

Flat caps, also known as newsboy caps or gatsby caps, are a type of headwear with a soft, round top and a visor that extends out to shade the eyes from the sun. They are typically made of a soft, flexible material such as wool or tweed, and have a rounded, sloping brim.

Flat Caps Manufacture

There are several steps involved in the production of flat caps. The first step is to design the cap and create a pattern for it. This pattern is then used to cut the fabric into the correct shape and size. The fabric is then sewn together to create the body of the cap.

Next, the visor is attached to the cap. This is typically done by folding the visor material into shape and then sewing it to the cap.
